Duties

Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing calls and requests.
Schedule appointments and manage work calendar.
Perform data entry tasks in Google Workspace to ensure accurate record-keeping and customer information management.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues.
Interact with suppliers

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
Previous sales knowledge helpful for customer interactions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling on iPhone calendars.
Above average typing skills for efficient data entry tasks.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is desirable.
A positive demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
