Executive Assistant
This role will work with the Managing Director of Wipro ANZ, supporting them with their day-to-day operations, activities and driving key business agendas.
In addition to managing their calendars, travel and expense management, you would assist in the development and documentation of business plans, department communication, customer interfacing and tracking key organization initiatives.
You must have a cooperative spirit and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where getting things done is a high priority. You would perform a variety of duties and tasks for the MD and may be directed to prepare or handle additional administrative tasks as your role and our business evolves.
Responsibilities include:
Maintains MD’s schedule and supports them by scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, video conferences and travel
Prepares and maintains a variety of documents including business correspondences, org charts and presentations
Prepares and processes reimbursements, reconciling travel expenses and reimbursements
Interfaces with and support the Wipro leadership teams on key projects, operational initiatives, business plans and assist with their tracking/project management
Interface with the offices of key customer executives to help arrange business meetings and other networking opportunities
Support strategic initiatives and projects for the MD – defining and researching new ideas and business opportunities, providing decision support through data gathering and analysis and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
Managing communications, helping design and execute a communications strategy including org-wide communications, communications to stakeholders, speeches and or presentations for conferences.
Supporting sales planning by managing associated meeting and reporting, project managing sales reviews and actions, analysing the action plans, creating, and updating dashboards to track KPIs.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Experience of managing or supporting strategic projects for executive officers
Managing communication plans, drafting internal and external communications
Strong business acumen, ability to understand business strategy and help project manage key strategic and operational initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
With minimal direction, using personal initiative and good judgement, works accurately, efficiently, and effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Good judgment and decision-making ability
Manage and maintain multiple calendars, schedules and travel arrangements
Ability to interact with staff at various levels in the organization
Experience with the Concur travel system is a plus
