In this role you will be supporting the banks executive team, helping manage calendars, agendas and planning of events, while also providing project management support. The ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate with the utmost discretion while working with highly confidential information.

The Executive Assistant must assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Essential Functions

Manage the calendar of executive team; provide adequate timelines and preparation for immediate and recurring meetings and events; provide meeting agendas while minimizing conflicts.

Handles a variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Executive Teams ability to effectively lead the organization. These tasks include assisting with special projects; collecting and preparing information for meetings; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.

Manage a variety of special projects; create and maintain project plans, set timeline expectations, regularly communicate status, and ensure that projects are completed and managed for success.

Manage the scheduling and organizing of meetings, offsite trainings and annual company events.

Assist with the coordination of Board of Directors meeting logistics and assist with board meeting follow-up items.

Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years’ experience supporting an executive team, 5 years preferred.

Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and ability to manage a variety of high priority projects.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Banking experience is preferred.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
