Executive Assistant Jobs in Burbank, CA at Disney
Local construction/rental company is seeking a skilled Administrative Professional for our Kinston location (this is NOT a remote position). The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional customer service skills (both in-person and on the phone).
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and direct customers to appropriate personnel as necessary.
– Manage inventory efficiently using our computerized inventory system to schedule deliveries and returns.
– Oversee the processing of professional license renewals.
– Handle human resource/personnel/insurance administration tasks.
– Perform additional administrative duties to support the team as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
– A 2- or 4-year degree in a business-related field (adequate experience can be substituted for this requirement).
– Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
– Prior experience in an administrative role in an office environment.
