Our client is a renowned global law firm with an outstanding opportunity to take your career to incredible heights. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a high powered C-Level executive in their San Francisco office.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate scheduling of Executive’s professional and client meetings, managing calendars and appointment priorities.
Manage all correspondence (mail/email) directed to Executive; prioritize, respond appropriately, and route communications effectively.
Prepare confidential reports, perform research tasks, draft correspondence, and manage the flow of Executive’s electronic communications.
Arrange Executive’s travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary details.
Organize meeting logistics, prepare relevant materials, and ensure timely distribution of agendas and documentation.
Support client-related administrative functions, including handling conflicts checks, expense reporting, timekeeping, CLE compliance, licensing, and engagement documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years supporting executive-level roles as an Executive Assistant.
10+ years administrative experience in professional services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and related firm applications.
Availability for overtime and flexible in-office schedule (4 days/week, 5th day as needed by Executive).
Excellent communication, proofreading, confidentiality, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
Salary: Up to 150K, can be flexible based on experience.
