The qualified assistant will perform the following job duties:

Provide administrative support

Transaction coordination with attorneys, lenders, clients, agents, vendors

Client interaction throughout entire transaction

Maintain current and past client files

Maintain on-line databases

Organize and maintain marketing schedules

Assist and support agents within the office

Appointment scheduling and calendar maintenance for owner

Assistant in Asset management – coordinate services and assure deadlines for foreclosed properties are being meet.

Job Requirements:

Problem solving skills in a fast paced setting.

Self – starter; independent worker

Must have ability to handle discreet, confidential information with the utmost level of professionalism

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus and direction at a moments notice

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs; internet, copier usage

Must be open and able to learn several different computer programs and platforms

Must be customer/ client-oriented

Must be able to meet multiple deadlines

Minimum of associates degree

The position will require that the applicant work regular office hours, (some evening and weekends but typically from home).
