One of the UK’s leading TV Production company is seeking an outstanding and experienced EA to support a charismatic, intelligent MD and Founder. This role will support both his business and private activities.
Arranging extensive first class travel for both business and pleasure. Organising and researching venues, holidays and entertainment. You will need a good knowledge of London’s social scene.
You will be experienced working across multiple time zones and organising complex travel itineraries.
You will be his gatekeeper but also have the natural ability to build great relationships across the company and industry. The ability to work confidently and in time make decisions about his availability and priorities. You are an integral part of the company, which boasts a fantastic culture and great team spirit.
This will be a varied role, things change quickly and frequently, patience is a virtue that you will need.
Using your experience supporting a leader/founder will be invaluable in succeeding in this very busy EA role.
If you haven’t got the preferred experience in the industry you will need to have the capability to learn quickly, immersing yourself in the business activity and gaining an understanding of how productions work.
Ideally candidates will have experience within the TV or Broadcast Media industries supporting a high profile founder or business leader.
You will have a naturally calm nature, be highly intelligent, and have a proactive and confident approach to work with a warm and winning personality. Emotional intelligence is a key criteria in this role as you will be working in a pressurised environment with high profile people and your level headed ability to get things done will be greatly appreciated.
This role is based in the office four days a week with the opportunity to work from home most Fridays.
