Roles and Responsibility:
Creating daily work schedules for technicians.
Controlling Work Orders/cases on a daily basis.
Creating duty rosters, processing technician overtime requests and checking technician attendance for reporting to the Manager.
Responding to chat feeds.
Reporting to the Manager regarding problematic Work Orders that are outside SLA and cannot be handled by the team.
Monitoring performance and completion of work orders/targets by technicians.
Handling administrative issues such as uniform requests, equipment requests for technicians, and cash advance requests for team travel.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
Four years of experience as an administrator in Building Management or as a Building Management Staff.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
