We are looking for a compassionate and professional Admin Assistant for a full-time contract (3 months) in Downtown Toronto. Our client provides seamless

multidisciplinary

primary care to homeless and previously homeless individuals in Toronto, with a particular focus on current and former residents of Seaton House. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar industry or have a background in social services and mental health, as well as previous administrative and reception experience.

This is a 3-month contract with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent position. Advantages –

Responsibilities

– Greeting office visitors and managing patient intake  – Answering and directing calls on the main phone line – Scheduling appointments for patients – Filing medical records and performing other administrative duties as required – Following up with clients after their appointments – Appointment reminders Qualifications – 1+ years experience in reception experience within the healthcare/medical industry – Strong

communication skills
