Reporting to the CFO, this position requires the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service to any and all individuals (both internal and external to the company). This is a fast paced environment which often requires the ability to support multiple projects and priorities. Success in this position is highly dependent upon flexibility and a comfort level working in ambiguous and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CFO in management of their schedule to ensure efficient and effective use of time.

Organize and prioritize a large volume of information, inquiries, requests and phone calls.

Compose correspondence, including letters, memos and reports.

Monitor and submit expenses.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity.

Act as project manager for special projects, with may include: planning and coordinating multiple meetings, disseminating information, and organizing company events.

The base salary range for this position is $82,000 – $110,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

Prior experience supporting an executive in an administrative/support role.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Must be proficient in Microsoft products including, Office, Teams, Excel and Word.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing requests.

Ability to perform duties independently.
