Executive Assistant-Executive Offices-Full Time Jobs in Alexandria, LA at Christus Health

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

Support the Houston location with high levels of efficiency, organization, and detail-orientation to ensure all needs are met.
Primarily support the Corporate Operations Manager with cross departmental project and administrative needs.
Confidently support the organization & Human Resources department and professionally handle inbound calls and other means of communication.
Greet all clients, vendors, executives, new hires, and potential new hires upon arrival.
Front Desk presence is key for this position as you will Arrange catering for client meetings, assist with special events, and maintain conference rooms and overall office presence. This role is 100% in office Monday – Friday.
Promptly notify the appropriate personnel upon the arrival of guests and deliveries.
Maintain a strong channel of communication with the Corporate Operations Manager to ensure that your location is operating smoothly.
Adhere to a high level of confidentiality regarding all company and employee information that you are exposed to in this position.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Superior customer service and professionalism.
Experience in a high traffic environment – general reception, customer service position, cashier or other transactional experiences.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, oral, visual, emotional intellect and written communication skills.
Customer services focused

Education & Experience:

High school diploma required.
Must have advanced experience with Office 365 – Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT etc.

Physical Demands:

Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 35 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
