Compensation: Pay Range: $51,180 – $89,670 / Year. Job Description: Under minimal supervision, provides diverse, complex, and often confidential administrative and support services to an executive. Responsibilities require independent judgment, initiative, and handling sensitive matters, with high-level contacts inside and outside the institution. May perform special assignments such as research, report compilation, special projects, and event planning. Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, along with high technical skill, is essential.

May act as office manager, monitor financial, budgetary, and personnel processes, and oversee event planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of medical terminology may be preferred. Training and certification in lean and six sigma methodologies may be required in some areas.
