Seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Manager to support a busy real estate professional with a growing portfolio of properties, including short-term rentals. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
Handle confidential documents with a high level of discretion
Shop for and review insurance policies
Reconcile rent payments from tenants and platforms
Verify invoices with service providers and ensure accuracy
Communicate with accounting departments regarding expenses and financial reports
Manage short-term rental issues, including guest concerns and insurance claims
Prepare regular reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed
Assist with personal and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-resolution skills and ability to work independently
