Job Description:

Ryze Sign Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to the executive team and oversee office operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and supporting various departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships.

Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities management.

Support HR-related functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding assistance, and maintaining employee records.

Assist with project management tasks as needed, including tracking project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring deliverables are met.

Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization.

Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the executive team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of the sign industry or related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
