Overview/Purpose

Condé Nast is looking for an Executive Assistant . This is a varied position, requiring initiative, diplomacy, adaptability, discretion and an understanding of different cultures. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills are essential. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and calm/level headed manner.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Extensive calendar management for our Head of Global Product and Design and our Global Product VPs based in the US.

Liaison with a wide and varied range of business stakeholders including internal teams, external clients, senior executives within the organization, and more.

Assist in creation of presentation materials

Facilitate scheduling business meetings, preparation and circulation of agendas, pre-reads and meeting minutes, and action follow-up as required.

Book all travel/hotels, ensuring appropriate visas have been obtained, for corporate and leisure, and preparing complex travel itineraries.

Liaison with teams globally, supporting building effective relationships across a global department.

Work closely with other Executive Assistants at Condé Nast.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Intermediate to advanced Office/GSuite experience

Strong presentation design skills

Experience in a similar role

Pro-active and be able to use initiative and have the confidence to work independently

Extremely organized with exceptional time management skills and able to prioritize efficiently

Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across different departments internationally.

Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Self-driven and motivated, with an ability to show initiative in all situations

Helpful to have experience of working in an international environment and building solid working relationships with teams across different countries, time zones and cultures.

Trustworthy and discreet.

A friendly and personable manner.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $62,400 – $65,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
