We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will befluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong ability to communicate and operate effectively in a multicultural environment. This role requires a blend of administrative competence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff or external contacts, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents in both Arabic and English.

Facilitate smooth communication between the executive and employees, stakeholders, and external partners, leveraging fluency in Arabic and English to bridge language barriers.

Organize and maintain office systems, including data management and filing, in compliance with confidentiality standards.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and perform research as needed.

Attend meetings and take detailed minutes, ensuring all necessary follow-ups are communicated and completed.

Manage special projects and events as required, demonstrating creativity and efficiency.

Provide a positive and professional point of contact for the executive, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior-level management.

Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual meeting technologies.

High degree of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
