Executive Assistant to CEO Jobs in Schaumburg, IL at Dia Packaging

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monthly/Quarterly billing for hospitals
Maintain all Provider PTO with other office staff.
Audit Provider PTO
Prepare all CRNA timesheets for pay period
Prepare and enter all provider payroll and maintain payroll logs.
Oversee requests of additional information from billing
Maintain and send weekly lien reports.
Prepare weekly tracking, charts and billing information for weekly staff meetings
Oversee all patient tracking, chart and batching reconciliations
Liaison between billing office staff and Nevada office staff
Communicate regularly with Practice Administrator regarding tracking and billing
Support Practice Administrator as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
High school or equivalent (Required); AA or BA preferred
Experience:
5 years proven office experience, preferably in a medical environment. Anesthesia experience is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
Skilled in Microsoft computer applications including Word and Excel.
Skilled in gathering and reporting information.
Requires professional administrative writing and communication skills.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
Requires time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Requires good customer service skills.
