Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling mail.
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the appointment calendar.
Assist with basic clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Punctual and reliable.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4pm – 8:30pm
