What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Optimize the CEO's time and priorities while managing confidential initiatives
- Act as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and confidant for the CEO
- Facilitate executive director board-level meetings, including preparation of materials and notes
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and personal assistance tasks
- Oversee confidential projects and engage with VVIPs and investors
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 7-12+ years of experience supporting CEOs/Founders in entrepreneurial, fast-scaling companies
- Digital tech savvy with advanced skills in ChatGPT/AI
- Comfortable managing executive meetings and facilitating high-level discussions
- Deep understanding of D2C, eCommerce, and digital marketing models
- Passion for sports, health, wellness, or fitness at an advanced level
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in award-winning companies rather than large global corporate enterprises
- Knowledge of biohacking or advanced wellness practices
