Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, discreet and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO across both corporate and personal responsibilities. This is a trusted role requiring excellent judgement, flexibility and the ability to manage a broad range of priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position will provide approximately 50% corporate executive support and 50% personal support, ensuring the CEO’s professional and personal commitments are managed seamlessly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Corporate Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s business calendar, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and senior stakeholders.
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports and correspondence.
  • Assist with board, investor and leadership meeting logistics where required.
  • Ensure effective prioritisation of business commitments and follow-ups.

Personal Support

  • Manage personal scheduling and diary commitments.
  • Coordinate personal travel, appointments and arrangements.
  • Assist with personal administration and organisation as required.
  • Liaise with external providers and personal contacts on behalf of the CEO.
  • Provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day management of personal commitments

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting a CEO, ideally within an international business
  • Willing to work in Surrey (Chobham) and London.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a particular emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Experience working for a HNWI or as a Lifestyle Manager would be beneficial in this role
  • Foreign languages are not essential but would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills both oral and in writing, to deal with difficult queries and to explain issues with a high level of tact, patience, and diplomacy.
  • Sound common sense, judgment and sensitivity when dealing with difficult and contentious issues.
  • Computer literacy and good keyboard skills (Microsoft applications) with advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint and excel.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities and apply judgement to ensure high standards are maintained and deadlines are met
