An esteemed global investment firm is searching for a highly skilled senior-level Executive Assistant. This pivotal role supports a C-suite Executive, offering a unique chance to make a direct impact at the highest level within our collaborative team environment.

This is an onsite role located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. You’ll enjoy a stimulating work environment from 8 am to 6 pm, with occasional overtime requirements that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000, with additional performance-based bonuses. As part of our team, you’ll have access to comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements through our company’s travel agency, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, foreign currency, and detailed itineraries.

Manage scheduling by arranging, confirming, rescheduling, and following up on appointments to ensure efficient time management.

Handle correspondence by drafting outgoing communications, composing emails, and organizing incoming correspondence.

Maintain accurate expense reports and provide administrative support for personal needs such as dinner reservations, entertainment bookings, and gift arrangements.

Utilize your organizational skills to manage business and personal contact databases effectively.

Assist with audio/visual setup and troubleshooting as needed, showcasing your adaptability and technical capabilities.

Perform other day-to-day duties as required, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced, global organization.

Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe applications.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.

Exceptional time-management abilities with a client-service mindset and a proven track record of handling confidential information discreetly.

Ability to remain composed under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Flexibility to work additional hours when required, showcasing your dedication and commitment to achieving goals.
