Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, checking patients in and out of the office, answering phones, scheduling, and maintaining a full schedule daily. As the Marketing Assistant, you will market the practice to referral resources to gain new business and use social media marketing tools to promote the practice. We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with the ability to work independently. A person who will proactively develop marketing campaigns to improve visibility and enhance community understanding of the specialty of podiatry with a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools. We seek to hire a creative thinker who has the experience and the vision to create strong marketing plans that connect the practice with the needs of the people in our community.

Experience:
– Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is preferred
– Previous marketing/sales experience is preferred.
– Ability to create and design engaging social media ads and various media content
– Content planning, scheduling, and posting experience is preferred
– Ability to engage with the online community as the practice’s voice, manage public conversations and foster follower interaction
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills

This is a part-time to full-time position (employee’s choice) with competitive compensation. We offer opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization. This role does require some local travel, so you must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.

We are seeking to hire someone who can market the practice. Please elaborate on your marketing experience and what you can offer to the practice.
This is a hybrid role so you will do marketing some and work as a receptionist in the office some as well. Are you comfortable with both of these roles?
Do you have experience as a medical office receptionist? How much experience?
Our office hours vary so we do not have the ability to be flexible with our hours. Because of this we cannot work around school schedules, college classes, childcare, etc. Is your availability open and flexible?
We have a lot of applicants. Why should we consider you for this hybrid position? What will you bring to the table as a marketer AND receptionist?
Since this is a hybrid role, the pay does vary based on which job duties you are performing. What is your hourly pay expectation? We do need to know a dollar amount so we can determine if we can afford to offer you a position or not so please specify.
