We are partnering with a highly respected retail brand in the region to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of one of their most prominent and fast-moving lifestyle brands. This is a unique opportunity for a polished EA who enjoys being at the centre of a dynamic and evolving business.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion and retail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. As the right hand to the CEO, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This isn’t your typical office-based position—it requires flexibility and availability outside of standard hours, but offers a long-term, rewarding opportunity to be part of something truly exciting. We’re looking for someone confident, detail-oriented, and proactive. A background in fashion, creative industries, or hospitality would be a strong fit for this dynamic role.
The Role:
As EA to the CEO, you will act as a strategic business partner, responsible for:
Managing a complex calendar across multiple time zones
Coordinating international travel and logistics
Preparing detailed briefings, reports, and internal communications
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and trust
Supporting meetings, events, and launches with seamless planning
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
Full flexibility with working hours, including US time zones
Proactive and solutions-driven with a calm, composed approach
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion
Experience in luxury, retail, hospitality, or a creative sector is required
Italian-speaking is a bonus but not a must
Must be comfortable with last-minute requests and high expectations
