Location: Kolkata – HO – Newtown

A Sales Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to maximize the Director's efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, facilitating sales meetings, handling communications, preparing reports/presentations, and acting as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. The role requires advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel/PowerPoint), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Job Summary

The Sales EA acts as a strategic partner, lifting the administrative load to allow the Director to focus on high-impact sales strategies, mentoring, and closing deals. They manage the operational cadence of the sales organization, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinating meetings and travels, prioritizing appointments.
  • Sales Operations Support: Assisting with sales reports, tracking KPIs, and creating presentations
  • Communication & Liaison: Handling emails, calls, and acting as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal teams or external partners.
  • Meeting & Travel Coordination: Planning virtual/in-person meetings, taking minutes, and managing complex travel itineraries.
  • Project Management: Supporting special projects and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive company and sales data with high discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven min. 5 years of experience as an EA or in a similar administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarization with CRM tools will be an added advantage
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
