Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role provides high-level executive support, including managing the Managing Director’s diary, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating internal and external communications. The Executive Assistant will prepare correspondence, reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, monitoring action items, following up on deadlines, and facilitating smooth coordination between the Managing Director and various teams.
The role also involves liaising with clients, vendors, and partners, supporting special projects, and helping ensure efficient office operations.
Role includes HR duties including screening, interviewing and hiring candidates. Admin work including sales and marketing reports and team reporting.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including experience supporting senior leadership.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Diary Management skills, with proven ability to organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should be proficient in office productivity tools (such as email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software) and comfortable with technology-focused environments.
- Candidates should demonstrate discretion in handling confidential information, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, would be beneficial.
