Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Cash & TB, Americas. The role involves managing calendars and meetings, handling the onboarding and offboarding processes, tracking mandatory learning and leave requirements, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, and circulating policies and communications. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will perform coordinate conference logistics and support event planning activities, process invoices, and manage travel and expenses.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Head of Cash & TB, Americas calendar and meetings.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings.
Facilitate onboarding for new joiners and transfers.
Manage offboarding for leavers.
Track eLearning completion and block leave.
Liaise with Accounts Payable, SCM, IT, and other departments.
Handle vendor management and add new vendors to the system.
Circulate policies, procedures, and communications.
Perform general administrative tasks and handle ad hoc requests.
Coordinate conference logistics.
Process invoices and ensure timely payment.
Book travel through the bank-approved vendor.
Process expenses for team members.
Maintain records for expenses.
Support corporate events, both internal and client-facing.
Managing distribution lists.

Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Expected annual base pay range for the role is $80,000 – $110,000 . The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
