Our client, a pioneering force in the solar energy industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant – Finance and Operations to join their dynamic team. About This OpportunityJoining our team as an Executive Assistant means stepping into a pivotal role where you’ll play a key part in driving the financial and operational success of our company. We are on the lookout for a dynamic professional with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for tackling complex challenges. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive support across various functional areas including Contract Administration, Investor Relations, Finance and Accounting, and Asset Management. Flexibility is key, as you may find yourself supporting multiple executives and handling diverse tasks such as expense tracking, meeting coordination, and general administrative duties. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools is a must, along with prior experience in supporting executive teams.

Responsibilities

Provide remote support to our executive team on daily tasks.

Maintain a positive, professional demeanor, embodying our commitment to exceptional customer and client service.

Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and following through with attention to detail.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and partnership.

Manage files, documents, and confidential information with discretion and accuracy.

Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Handle general administrative tasks and support office operations.

Collaborate on expense management and office supply procurement.

Review and manage various reports and documents.

Utilize technology and communication tools efficiently, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.

Competencies & Characteristics

Minimum of three years of relevant experience, including administration, accounting, and data management.

Proficiency in CRM systems and web-based business tools.

Strong command of Microsoft Office suite and remote work technologies.

Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, with acute attention to detail.

Results-oriented with a proactive approach and high integrity.

Self-motivated with strong critical thinking abilities and the capacity to work independently.

Compensation And Work Environment

Independent Contractor with hourly base pay ranging from $25.00 to $35.00, based on experience.

Bonus and incentive opportunities available for meeting and exceeding goals.

Remote work setting, with preference for candidates in the San Diego CA market.

Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
