We are currently seeking someone to assist our Document Control.
Required Skills: Organizational and planning. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Data management with attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving. MS Office experience. Willing to learn new software: P-Vault, Tekla EPM.
Data Entry
Importing work order packages using Tekla Power Fab Software
Proficient at using and managing Outlook.
Attention to detail in reviewing of computer generated drawings after import
Routing material in Tekla to shop machines.
Printing of paper and metal tags using Info-sight software.
Create Bill of Lading paperwork for material to be delivered to specified locations
Maintaining a filling system
Good written and communication skills
Bluebeam exposure and experience would be a plus
Ability to troubleshoot and share information
Good organizational skills
This position is in the Production Facility Plant Office.
