High-growth fintech AI startup is looking for two Executive Assistants to support C-Suite/Leadership Executives. Backed by well-known VCs and with their recent Series B, this is an exciting opportunity to work at the operational center of a cutting-edge company reshaping an entire industry. Depending on fit, there are opportunities to join the Office of the CEO or the Head of Engineering. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll be the backbone that enables leadership to think clearly and move quickly by managing complex calendars, handling communications, coordinating travel, and triaging priorities across the organization. You'll anticipate needs before they're voiced, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, ensure every meeting is well-prepped and purposeful, and keep critical projects moving between teams. Someone who thrives on operational excellence, is extremely meticulous, and finds fulfillment in creating order and momentum for others. Previous experience supporting a senior leader in a startup, hedge fund, or similar environment is a must. This is a fully in-office role based in their new NYC Flatiron District office, with flexibility to work until 8pm daily. 150-180K+ DOE + equity, benefits, and flexible PTO.

  • e.Coordinate and schedule meetings with accuracy, balancing multiple priorities and adjusting to changing need
  • s.Ensure the Executive is fully prepared for meetings by confirming agendas, participants, and relevant material
  • s.Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itinerarie
  • s.Support on-site and off-site meetings by handling logistics such as materials, room setup, catering, and guest coordinatio
  • n.Collaborate with internal teams to manage interview scheduling and candidate coordinatio
  • n.Oversee email inbox management by triaging, drafting responses, and highlighting items that require attentio
  • n.Track ongoing projects and follow-ups, ensuring timely completion and clear communication across team
  • s.Coordinate both internal and external meetings, handling logistics, preparation, and post-meeting action

Qualificatio

    3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations role in fast-paced environments, preferably from a high-growth star
