What Your Impact Will BeIn this role, you will provide administrative support to two executive staff members. This is a great opportunity to establish working relationships with senior leaders and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. In addition to the above, you will also be able to create and execute on a variety of employee facing events, with the aim of bringing employees together both in person and remotely. As part of that, you will collaborate closely with the People Team, to actively promote and nurture a culture of inclusion and belonging within the organization.

Discretion and Confidentiality: The capacity to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters related to the executive and the organization

Time Management: Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling other administrative tasks efficiently to optimize the executive’s time

Adaptability and Flexibility: The willingness to adapt to changing priorities, last-minute requests, and unexpected challenges with composure and professionalism

Problem-Solving Skills: The capability to identify issues related to employee experience and develop innovative solutions to address them, whether they involve processes, policies, or cultural aspects

Collaboration and Relationship Building: The capacity to build strong relationships with employees, HR professionals, leaders, and other stakeholders to collaborate on initiatives that positively impact employee experience

Project Management Abilities: Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor employee experience initiatives effectively, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Continuous Learning and Improvement: A commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to employee experience, as well as a willingness to adapt and evolve strategies based on feedback and outcomes
