We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette and phone systems.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping and invoicing as needed.
Conduct clerical duties such as filing, copying, and organizing documents to ensure office efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities.
Experience
Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices is essential.
Proficiency in data entry and experience with QuickBooks will be considered an asset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment are required.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
