Job Purpose
Manage Etiqa's panel hospital network by serving as the primary liaison for all hospital-related matters, ensuring effective provider relationship management, operational excellence, contractual compliance and cost optimisation. The role supports the Company's healthcare ecosystem strategy, customer experience initiatives and business objectives through strong hospital partnerships and efficient provider network management.
Job Responsibilities
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with panel hospitals and key stakeholders.
- You will coordinate and resolve hospital-related enquiries, issues and escalations and facilitate effective communication between hospitals and internal stakeholders
- You will lead negotiations on corporate discounts, medical packages and pricing revisions and Identify opportunities for healthcare cost optimization.
- You will review monthly Statements of Account (SOA) submitted by hospitals and monitor billing submission timelines and service levels.
- You will resolve billing discrepancies through coordination with GL Team, Claims and providers.
- You will collaborate with hospitals on health screenings, wellness campaigns and health talks.
- You will support Health Ecosystem and Wellness strategic programmes. by develop value-added healthcare programmes.
Job Requirements
- You must possess a bachelor's degree in business studies or its equivalent.
- You must have 3 – 5 years of working experience from the insurance industry. Preferably from life insurance or family takaful in medical claims
- Having prior experience from a healthcare provider or administration or hospital relationship management would be advantageous.
- You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders expectations.
- You must be a self starter and detailed oriented to manage costs for billing and invoicing matters.
