We are hiring for one of the leading players in the real estate industry, known for their innovative approaches and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to join our client’s dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or working as an Office Manager. As the Executive PA, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our real estate office.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans.

Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.

Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Anticipate executives’ needs and proactively address them, ensuring their efficiency and productivity.

Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives, as needed.

Supervise and delegate tasks to administrative staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Provide administrative support to other departments and team members as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive PA, supporting C-suite executives or working as an Office Manager.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous but not required.

Competitive Salary Range:10,000 – 13,000 AED
