The CEO of a global, leading financial services firm, renowned for innovative proprietary trading, is seeking a highly organized and proactive personal assistant to join a dynamic support team. Responsibilities:
Manage personal and professional tasks, including coordinating appointments, reservations, and household arrangements
Handle all aspects of international and domestic travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, agendas, and events, ensuring smooth prioritization of competing demands
Oversee wardrobe and style management, handle personal shopping, and manage everyday and event-specific wardrobe audits
Perform general administrative tasks such as recording meeting minutes, data entry, filing, copying, and mailing
Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, tracking timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
Maintain a detailed and highly organized to-do list for both the CEO and business, keeping track of important dates and tasks
Ensure seamless communication within the team, keeping all aspects of the business running smoothly
Manage social media accounts, supporting the expansion of the CEO’s online presence across both established and emerging platforms
Undertake additional personal, creative, or executive assistant duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Must provide SAT and/or ACT scores for consideration
1-5 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant role
Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with integrity and discretion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under tight deadlines
A self-motivated individual with a “no task too small” attitude and a positive, enthusiastic mindset

Salary Range: $80,000 – $115,000
