This is a trusted, right-hand role for someone who is proactive, emotionally intelligent, and naturally great with people. You’ll bring calm to busy days, create structure where needed, and ensure the CEO can stay focused on building something that truly matters.
The Role: Executive Personal Assistant to CEO
The Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid)
The Money: $140K–$180K + exceptional benefits

The Day-to-Day:
- Manage complex calendaring, travel, and ever-shifting priorities with precision
- Serve as a liaison across internal teams, external partners, and personal contacts
- Support company & personal logistics, scheduling, and day-to-day life management
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and streamline workflows
- Assist with special projects, events, and high-priority initiatives as they arise
