Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO of Family Office:

  • Perform secretarial work and provide CEO with day-to-day administrative support.
  • Duties include answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. May also be required to organize events, and help with family activities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO.
  • Take accurate phone messages and make sure all messages are given in a timely matter
  • Make travel arrangements for the CEO and his family.
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Liaise with property managers/housekeepers.
  • General administrative tasks, including filing, copying, typing
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately and timely.

Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Scheduling
  • Computer software skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Travel logistics

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Three to five years of administrative experience
  • Three to five years of executive assistant/personal assistant experience
