Do you thrive in providing top-notch administrative support while representing an organization with finesse and professionalism? We’re seeking an Executive PA to be the backbone of our Executive Management Team, delivering impeccable administrative assistance while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Support at the Highest Level: Provide essential administrative support to our Group & Executive Board Directors, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication flow.

Diary Management Maestro: Manage intricate schedules, coordinate appointments, and handle competing priorities with finesse, guaranteeing smooth sailing for our leadership.

First Point of Contact: Represent the company by being the initial touchpoint for our Chief Executive and relevant stakeholders, exhibiting grace and professionalism in all interactions.

Stakeholder Liaison Extraordinaire: Engage with key stakeholders, proactively address inquiries, and offer informed insights about our business’s culture and operations.

Efficient Meeting Mastery: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and compile minutes for board-related gatherings, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of critical information.

File and Information Management: Maintain GDPR-compliant electronic filing systems and uphold quality control standards to safeguard sensitive data effectively.

Event and Project Support: Extend your skills beyond the routine by assisting in events and taking charge of project-related tasks, showcasing your versatility and proactive approach.

Experience Required:

Education: While business administration qualifications are desirable, passion, dedication, and relevant experience take precedence.

Key Performance Indicators:

Board Reports: Deliver critical reports punctually to contribute to informed decision-making.

GDPR Compliance: Uphold stringent data protection regulations.

Accuracy and Quality: Maintain high standards in all tasks undertaken.

Timeliness and Responsiveness: Ensure prompt and efficient responses and actions.

Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of teamwork and transparent communication.

Professionalism and Ethics: Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 17:30 pm but we would also consider Part time Monday to Friday 9:30 to 2:30pm.
