Job Description:
The company is looking for an applicant with the following details:
Should be able to work with minimal supervision, be discreet and capable of dealing with a high level of VIP clients.
You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with an outgoing, charismatic, and approachable character.
You will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be a great team player with a concern for quality Matriculation.
You will provide a full range of executive secretarial and administrative support activities for the General Manager, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation of the executive office, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Provides secretarial and general office duties to upper-level management.
Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior- level manager.
Maintains work diary and schedules appointments and meetings.
Excellent filing, organizing, and maintaining experiences.
Updating and administering internal knowledge management system
Understanding of all admin processes and ability to guide staff to required documentation
Advise and assist staff on admin systems queries
Administrative support CRM initiatives
Frequently accesses and maintains highly confidential information and files.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years Extensive Secretarial/Personal Assistant Experience.
Experience managing diaries – across time zones
Experience supporting multiple tasks.
Flexibility and adaptability.
