Executive Secretary
Commercial Banking – Wholesale Client Coverage
Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Executive Secretary.
Principal Responsibilities
Provide up-to-date information/sales reports to Head of Corporate Banking for planning ahead of the business strategy with aim to achieve the assigned KPIs
Assist in information research and co-ordinate with different units of the division/department as well as internal and / or external parties
Handle telephone calls and messages accurately, promptly and courteously
Provide administration support to Head of Corporate Banking
Ensure all control measures are in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and the code of conduct from regulatory bodies
Requirements
Secondary School or above qualification
At least 3 years of relevant secretarial experience ideally gained from the banking sector
Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimum supervisory
Strong multi-tasking skill with the ability to remain calm and meet tight deadline under pressure
Proficiency in office software
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
