We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza’s Phoenix Tower in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.
The Data Entry Specialist (Temporary) works with others in the Customer Service Department in the processing of Customer Service Requests, Purchase Requests, and Payment Requests for Warranties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enter tickets into the system (Customer Service Requests and Purchase Requests).
Attach all relevant information and validate accuracy of information.
Communicate relevant issues to team members for escalation or correction purposes.
Process Invoices into the Workflow.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Requires at least 5 years of relevant Data Entry experience.
Knowledge of modern ERP systems.
Experience working with computerized ticketing systems.
10-key by touch (speed and accuracy).
Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
