The Financial Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our executives by managing financial reports, conducting detailed analyses, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks across multiple companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Executive Assistant

Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.

Assist in preparing financial documents such as budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

Conduct detailed financial analyses and provide insights to support decision-making.

Coordinate and manage projects related to finance, accounting, and real estate.

Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports related to financial and real estate matters.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and financial institutions.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, property management tasks, and related documentation.

Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications of the Financial Executive Assistant

Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, focusing on finance and accounting.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and reporting.

Experience in real estate or property management (highly preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Salary range is based on experience.
