Our client, a Global multi-billion-dollar Private Equity firm, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support a great growing team of the nicest people. This is a fantastic company, a big/fun personality group, and a great place to work. All candidates should have a minimum of 3-6+ years of applicable administrative experience, ideally within the financial world supporting a team, and a Bachelor’s degree is required. He/She should have extensive experience booking travel, should be extremely organized, detail and service-oriented, proactive, and a team player. This position will be hybrid and based out of the New York office.
Salary depends on experience (90-100K base), very generous bonus, full benefits package, 401k, etc
Responsibilities:
Provide support to a team
Schedule and organize extensive meetings, conference calls, and appointments; create agendas and prepare meeting materials; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
Prepare and process expense reports
Create Excel spreadsheets and prepare PowerPoint presentations
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3-6+ years of applicable administrative experience
Bachelor’s degree required
High proficiency in MS Office Suite, in particular heavy PowerPoint and Excel
Strong attention to detail; extremely detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proactive; ability to think ahead
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take on more
