CTC:- 2.4LPA
Preferred candidate-
Basic Knowledge of computer
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Floor In-charge will responsible for solving general/facilities issue on allotted floors
Ensuring classrooms discipline on your respective floor
Always available over call for coordinating with VNC operator (In case there is any major issue then operator will connect you to solving the issue on ground level)
Convey admin and management daily communications/circulars to faculty & students.
Convey daily faculty/student concerns and requests to the management, if received any at the end of the class.
Timely distribution of Study materials (DPPs, Modules, etc.) as per the day plan including absentees.
Comms regarding Class timing change, room no change, faculty unavailability, test schedule, etc. as per the plan.
Support in test invigilation for both online and offline mode as per the admin requirement.
Test conduction, Seating management, invigilation management.
Assistance to FM for upkeeping the facility
