Job Description

The Floor Operations Administrator is responsible for providing ongoing uniform services for teams in Floor Operations, maintaining

service excellence

, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting the Academy with administrative duties. This person is responsible for developing and delivering new uniforms, establishing, and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and maintaining accurate and efficient

stock management

as well as completing administrative tasks relating to the operation of the training academy.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of uniform room.

Maintains inventory of uniform room, including tracking new arrivals, uniforms being issued and replaced and completing cycle counts on a monthly basis; reporting findings to manager for review

Completes submission requests for new uniforms for review

Schedules times and issues new uniforms to Game Presenters.

Partners with

leadership

to ensure uniforms are ordered for specialty games and new program launches

Partner with academy to complete reporting as required

Ensure academy payroll is completed correctly and timely
