Position: Personal Assistant
Compensation: $30-50/hr depending on experience
Location: Los Angeles County area (travel may be required)

Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, appointments, and personal calendars for household members.
Handle and prioritize household correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
Organize and maintain household files, records, and documents.
Coordinate household tasks such as organizing events, travel arrangements, and errands.
Household Management:
Maintain and track household supplies, ensuring necessary items are restocked regularly.
Liaise with household staff or contractors to coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and other services.
Oversee the general organization of the home, managing household projects and tasks efficiently.
Errands and Logistics:
Run personal errands, such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and assisting with household chores.
Organize and arrange transportation, including booking rides and coordinating vehicle use.
Travel Arrangements:
Book and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for household members.
Ensure all travel-related documents and arrangements are prepared in advance.
Bookkeeping Duties:
Financial Recordkeeping:
Manage and track household finances, including bill payments, household expenses, and budgeting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records regularly.
Invoice and Payment Management:
Process and track invoices from household services (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, utilities) and personal vendors.
Ensure timely payments to contractors, service providers, and other vendors.
Document Preparation:
Organize financial documents and receipts for tax preparation and liaise with accountants, as needed.
Ensure all financial documentation is in order and accessible for tax filings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, bookkeeper, or in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive personal and financial information.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) and household management tools.
A background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping is preferred.
Desired Skills:
Experience with event planning or hospitality.
Familiarity with household management software or tools.
Knowledge of tax preparation and financial reporting.
Experience with household staff management is a plus.
