Position Responsibilities

Franchise Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, analyze, and interpret franchise performance data to generate insights and trends.

Prepare regular reports on franchise operations, sales performance, and compliance status.

Maintain data accuracy in franchise management systems and dashboards.

Support the department with ad-hoc data analysis requests.

Market Research for Potential Countries

Conduct research on potential new markets, including economic conditions, industry trends, and local regulations.

Assist in preparing feasibility studies and market entry reports.

Gather and analyze demographic and consumer behavior data to assess market demand.

Support franchise leadership in evaluating country suitability for expansion.

Competitor Analysis

Track and analyze competitor franchise models, pricing strategies, and operational performance.

Prepare comparative reports on competitor strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.

Identify key trends in the coffee and F&B franchise industry.

Provide insights on competitive threats and opportunities for franchise expansion.

Administrative Support

Maintain franchise records, agreements, and key operational documents.

Assist in organizing and tracking franchise compliance and renewal processes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure franchise-related administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Manage scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions for franchise-related meetings.

Compliance & Process Coordination

Track and ensure franchise partners adhere to operational guidelines and brand standards.

Support the onboarding and documentation process for new franchisees.

Assist in updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for franchise operations.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

Work closely with various departments to gather and consolidate franchise-related data.

Support communication between franchisees and internal stakeholders.

Assist in tracking action items and ensuring timely execution of franchise initiatives.

Key Deliverables

Franchise Performance Reports – Monthly and quarterly reports summarizing key operational and financial metrics.

Compliance & Renewal Tracker – Updated status reports on franchise compliance and contract renewals.

Franchise Database Management – Ensuring all franchise records and agreements are current and organised.

Meeting Documentation & Follow-ups – Structured meeting minutes and action item tracking for franchise operations.

Operational SOPs & Guidelines – Updated documentation of franchise operational procedures.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis Reports – Research-based reports on potential country feasibility and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, reporting, and competitor analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.

Experience with market research tools and techniques.

Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to work across multiple teams and coordinate franchise-related processes.

Experience in the F&B or coffee industry is a plus.
