We are looking for a Front desk patient coordinator to join our Village Emergency Family
Job Type: Part-time
Opening 1: Night Shift Weekdays (days vary) 7pm-7am
Opening 2: Day Shift Weekdays (days vary) 7am-7pm
Opening 3: Night Shift Weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 7pm-7am
Location: 24433 Katy Freeway, Katy, Tx 77494
Responsibilities:
– Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the office
– Schedule and confirm patient appointments
– Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
– Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
– Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
– Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
– Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
– Previous experience working in a emergency room is required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in using computer software and electronic medical records systems
