If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Solaris Residences, an elevated boutique property located in the heart of Vail Village, is seeking a talentedFront Desk Agentto become the face of our establishment and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Our dedicated team works together to create an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Duties Include:
Deliver genuine hospitality to guests and owners from check-in to check-out
Communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone while responding to guest and owner requests and concerns
Maximize revenue through up-selling and sales strategy
Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support operations and goals
Location:Solaris Residences – Vail, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status:Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate:$23/hr
Schedule:7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
Previous hotel experience a plus
Spanish knowledge a plus, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
