– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information
– Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
– Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
– Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
– Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

– Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
– Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., reservation software)
– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
– Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
