We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available for staff and clients.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Utilize Google Workspace for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Provide support to other departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office or receptionist role is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to operate standard office equipment and phone systems effectively.
